Job Description

PROJECT COORDINATOR (Admin) assignment for approximately 6 months.

M-F 8am-5pm.

$24.00- $30.00/hour depending on experience

Project Coordinator – Outside Plant (OSP) Construction supports the execution of construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, permits, materials, and communication across internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure OSP projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Support Project and Construction Managers with day-to-day coordination of OSP projects, including builds, relocations, and maintenance work. Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of design packages, permits, and construction start dates. Facilitate and document construction meetings, distribute meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Serve as a point of contact for internal departments, municipalities, and utility companies regarding OSP project status and permitting.

Desired Education & Experience:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
